The ultimate challenge

It is almost impossible to see inside Keller's mouth these days.  He will lock his jaw shut and pinch his lips closed so we cannot see what's going on in there.  I believe we have 5 teeth, HOWEVER, there could be more:)

 Here he decided not to be a stinker...
